Tooth Extraction

Ideally, the diseased tooth should be removed by the surgeon who will later insert your dental implant.

There are several reasons for this:
When the tooth is removed, the jaw bone must be treated with highest care as the jaw bone acts as the foundation for your future implant.

Especially the fragile outer walls of the tooth socket must be protected. If the wall of the tooth socket has already been attacked and damaged by inflammation, we can renew this in the same operation.

Please note that the gentle removal of the former tooth and the renewal of the tooth socket are required to ensure the durability of the future implant.

Like all the surgical operations that we offer, tooth removal procedures will be carried out in our clinic here in Munich, on Cuvilliésstraße.

Anaesthetic

Tooth extraction can be done under local anaesthesia, half sleep (premedication/sedation) or under general anaesthesia.

Post Operation

Generally, tooth removal operations are well tolerated. During the healing process, we will organise the temporary restoration together with your dentist for you.

For your convenience, we are not only contactable during our surgery hours, but are also reachable via mobile phone, 24 hours a day.

The stitches will be removed one week after the tooth removal operation.
